SMART goal setting - Timely

SMART Goal setting- Timely
You should specify a time period for the goal.
Otherwise you will now have the feeling to start that job or work, etc.
If you are in sales business, if you say "I want to sell 100 items ", is it enough? When will you sell them. In 2 months or in 1 year. Set a time.
If you say "I will lose 5 kg weight". Ok but when, in 2 months or in 2 years.
Always set a time.

SMART goal setting-realistic

SMART goal setting-realistic
A high goal is generally easier to reach than a low goal because you will have high motivational force with a high goal. But it should be realistic. If it is too high that even yourself won't believe then it will not be realistic. You should believe that you can accomplish.

SMART goal setting-Attainable, achievable

SMART-Attainable (achievable)
When you set or identify your goals which are most important to you, you should start with the goals that yourself will believe it.
If you say I want to be a millionaire, it is achievable but if you say I will be a millionaire next month and you do not have even a few buck in your pocket then it is unrealistic.
So define a realistic goal.
When you identify a realistic goals you begin to figure out ways you can make them come true. You start working on the ways how to reach that goal.
Goals you set which are too far out of your reach, you probably won't commit to doing.
It is like climbing the stairs. If you think that you will climb the stairs of a building in a second it is not possible. But you can start with the first step and continue. In every step (goal ) that you achieve you will also believ that you will go to the last step.
The feeling of success helps you to remain motivated.
Not ony dream like said in Law of attraction, set the goal attainable and move...

Smart- Measurable

SMART-Measurable

If you want to reach your goal it is better you measure it.
Ask questions such as......
How much?
How many?
......
It is not enough to say "I want to go there".
Better to say
"I will walk 1 km an hour to reach there in 3 hours"
.......................
Instead of
"I want to lose weight"
Say
"I will lose 2 kg by walking 3km from here to here, everyday from here to there......."
................................
At school:
Instead of saying I will study my math lessons.
Say "I will study 2 hours everyday to these subjects until the 15th of June"
..........................................

So, measure your goal

Smart- Specific

SMART GOAL setting-Specific
A specific goal is more effective than a general goal. So, you will have more chance to reach the goal.
To define a specific goal answer these seven questions:
What: What are you going to do?. What you need?.....
When: Define a time schedule. I will do it tomorrow. Or 3 days a week, ....
Who: Who is involved?. Who will help? .....
Where: If any give a location or places
Which: Which equipments, informations.... you need?
Why: Why do you want to accomplish the goal. Your reason or purpose? Why it is important for you?
How: Define how are you going to do it.

SMART goal setting

Instead of Law of attractions systems and think, wait, visualize, ask from universe :) just move and set the goals.

I like the classical S.M.A.R.T. goal setting system. It is more logical to me.

So what is creating smart goals.

When you define the goals it should be:

T : Timely

SMART is one of the better and simple systems that I like showing how to reach your goals.
